Casa Aya is a private eco luxury Jungle Villa built in 2023.

Casa Aya is a two story villa with a fully equipped kitchen with an outdoor living/dining patio, a beautifully designed large bathroom with a natural rock sink and a river rock flooring. The bedroom features a queen size bed with a private balcony with a breathtaking view of the mountains, an access to the laundry room (located in a nearby villa), WiFi, plenty of fans, access to the river with swimming holes, a free parking. The property is gated and has security cameras.

 

Casa Aya was designed to stay cool without Air-conditioning. So, it doesn't have an Air-conditioning. The property is located at a higher elevation, sand at night there is rarely a need for an air-conditioning and most of the time you will need a blanket at night. There are plenty of fans and outdoor spaces where you will enjoy a nice breeze during the hot part of the day. The first floor is always cool where you can escape the afternoon heat.

Casa Aya is perfect for 2 adults. ​​​​

Sorry, no parties, no loud music after 10pm, no open fire, no smocking inside the casita and no children under age 14 are allowed. 

​

There is No TV to minimize the exposure to the electromagnetic radiation and to allow your body and mind to heal from the impact of 5G and electro-magnetic radiation. For guests with electromagnetic  sensitivity, we recommend to practice disconnecting WiFi at night and to use a cable for internet access (available at the casita) instead and see if it creates an improvement in your well-being.
