If you drive on a private dirt road of Lagunas de Baru, you will find the magic spot that unexpectedly melted our hearts and made us fall in love with Costa Rica right there on that spot. We looked at each other and decided that it was 'THE ONE’.

Enveloped by rainforest, and hidden behind the hills of Lagunas de Baru, the property is close enough to the tourist attractions and the comfort  and convenience of civilization yet far enough from busy highways and the noise that you will invariably hear if you decide to stay right on the beach. It is only 15 minutes away from one of the best Surfing beaches in the country, yet it is elevated high enough so you will not need to blast air-conditioning 24/7. And what we love about this location is that there is very minimal Electro-Magnetic and 5G Pollution (if any). We feel the difference as soon as we arrive to the property.

What you need to know before booking:

-  4 x 4  is required to get to the property

-  Minimum 4 day stay is required

-  Dangerous heights without rails which makes the property not suitable for children or anyone who is planning on drinking, using drugs or who has a poor control of their motor functions.

 - The loft-net has NOT been tested on humans, so we DO NOT recommend using it for walking, sitting, or jumping on it. At this time, it is strictly for decoration purpose and to be used as a safety net ONLY.

 - The Property is Gated

 - There are Security cameras on the property,

 - You will have an access to the river with swimming holes

 - WiFi with Fiber optics

-  Laundry room with washer and dryer, 

 - No pets, children, smocking, drugs or parties.

 - Quite time from 10pm - 6am

 - We are in the Jungle, so sometimes there will be power or water outages. 

 - Get yourself emotionally prepared to encounter wildlife including insects, animals, reptiles and birds of all kinds. Remember that this is what Costa Rica is famous - its biodiversity.
 - Note jacuzzi is NOT a HOT tub. It is a warm tab. :)

1 bedroom,1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, fits 3 adults.

1 queen size bed, plus extra futon, fans, free parking, access to the laundry 

No pets, no children, no smocking, no parties. quite time between 10pm and 6am

Nauyaca Waterfalls Nature Park - 10 min drive  - perhaps one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Costa Rica where you spend the whole day swimming in the natural pool of the waterfalls.

Manuel Antonio National Park - 45 min drive - Gorgeous white sanded beaches, monkeys (Purchase your tickets online ahead of time especially during the holidays).

Surfing Town of Dominical - Famous for its great waves, surfing lessons, great restaurants (despite of being a small beach town)

Marino Ballena - The Humpback Whale National Park - 30 min Drive - Famous for its beautiful beach shaped like a Whale's Tale.
